The idea
A short dynamic film to launch the IUCNs new initiative Act 30, to be showcased on the social platforms and live events. The film needed to include the new branding elements, which included a silhouetted cast of animals and plants, and mix with real footage to engage and inspire the public to take action.
How we made it stand out
Realising that social audiences don’t have long attention spans we animated with vigour and pace, matching a drumbeat soundtrack to short, sharp visuals. Playing with the silhouetted assets we created smart transitions to take us from scene to scene. We matched this with dynamic text and provocative footage to create a film that would hit home and inspire action.
