Gabelle customer journey

An informative and character driven customer journey for Gabelle Tax Advisory to engage new clients and show people what they could do.

Presented with a script full of great characters, a strong narrative, in a hand drawn style, it was a film brimming with life and something that excited our animators. Limiting the colour palette and keeping a simple graphic line throughout the film we used the idea of a paper plane travelling throughout the piece to link the story together. This helped connect all the smaller customer journeys into one succint journey.
